La Calamande En Ville is not a place freely open to the public. It is a host who welcomes you to his home.

There may also be other travellers under the same roof. This is why we invite you to take advantage of all the living spaces at your disposal in a friendly atmosphere and with respect for the privacy of each person.
We accept pets under certain conditions to be seen with the host when you make your reservation.

Arrivals
In order to be able to welcome you in the best possible conditions, you will be welcomed from 3pm on the day of your arrival until 6pm.
Late arrivals or early arrivals, for example to drop off luggage, are subject to prior agreement.

Departures
On the last day, departures are no later than 11am.

Rooms
A flat screen TV is available to visitors in each of the suites.
Visitors can also access the Wifi free of charge.
Heavy soiling or damage will be charged to the guest.
Valuables (jewellery, multimedia devices, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in the rooms or in parked vehicles, as the hosts decline all responsibility in case of disappearance of these objects.

General provisions
Smoking is not permitted in the public areas. The entire establishment, including the rooms, is therefore non-smoking.
In the context of the protection of minors, the sale of alcohol is forbidden to minors under the age of 18.
The client undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any damage for which he/she may be responsible.
Children staying on the property are under the sole responsibility of their parents.The kitchen is not left at the free disposal of the guests.
Theft and accidents: the owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or physical injury occurring on the property.
